1. Agreement to Terms

This isn't a contract written by suits. It's our straightforward agreement with you. By downloading, accessing, or using Lucent ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the software. Simple as that.

2. License and Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software. This license is locked to your specific hardware (HWID). Don't try to share it, sell it, decompile it, or reverse-engineer it. Doing so will result in an immediate and permanent termination of your license without a refund.

3. User-Generated Content (Marketplace & Profiles)

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the Marketplace or display on your public profile, including model files, configuration files, and links. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host and distribute it.

You agree not to upload any content that is malicious, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts for any reason, without notice. We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by community-provided content. Download from the Marketplace at your own risk.

4. Assumption of Risk and Disclaimer

Let's be blunt: using third-party software in any competitive game carries inherent risks. Anti-cheat systems are aggressive and constantly evolving. While we design Lucent for maximum stealth, we make no guarantees of being "undetectable."

You use this software entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any game account bans, suspensions, or other penalties. You are solely responsible for your actions and for understanding the risks involved. Play smart.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages—whether direct, indirect, or consequential—that arise from your use or inability to use the Software. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, account loss, or business interruption. You accept full responsibility.

6. Termination and Account Sanctions

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to the Software at any time, without notice, for any reason, especially if you breach these Terms. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may issue a temporary suspension, an indefinite deactivation, or a permanent ban. No refunds will be issued for any sanction.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a banner in your web dashboard at least 3 days before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the software after this period means you accept the new terms.
